How to change my email?

To change the email address linked to your account, please contact us directly at [e-mail].

⚠️ Before we can process your request, please make sure that your account is verified — this is necessary for us to complete the identity check.

When you reach out, please include the following:

A photo of the identity document that was used for verification in the app.

A selfie holding the same identity document and a piece of paper with today’s date, your signature, and a short handwritten note stating that you want to change the email linked to your account (from [old email] to [new email]).

Make sure to follow these photo requirements:

All corners of the document must be clearly visible.

The text on the document must be readable.

There should be no glare, smudges, or low-light areas.

Do not use any image editing software — we can’t accept modified documents.

Once we receive your email and documents, we’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
